Kim is the glue that holds the Lattice team together! With a MBChB in Medicine, Kim’s background is as an anaesthetist, though her general ‘superwoman’ skills mean she now manages the company’s finance, as well as ensuring the general running and organisation of the company as a whole.

Thought not a climber herself, Kim has been married to one for over 10 years and has climbed extensively all over the world, her most memorable experiences being in Yosemite with Tom. She now manages an obsessed climber, two energetic girls, and the finance and structure of Lattice Training. Within her role, she is most passionate about creating and improving the systems in place to allow for better communication between all involved with Lattice.
