Cancellation Policy
Effective to 15th February 2020.
Bookings
For services that require a booking we operate the following cancellation policy.
- If you cancel with at least 21 days notice we’ll offer a full refund
- If you cancel with between 7 and 21 days notice we’ll offer a 75% refund
- If you cancel with less than 7 days notice we’ll offer a 50% refund
At our discretion we may offer a full refund regardless of notice.
Cancellation policies at Partner Walls may vary.
Subscriptions
Our premium plan subscriptions are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Minimum 6 month subscription term: Your subscription is for an initial minimum term of 6 months – if you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the expiry of 6 months you are still required to pay any balance outstanding for the remainder of the 6 month term plus your deposit if you do not give us at least 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation (see further below).
2. Post 6 month subscription terms: Following the expiry of 6 months, your subscription will continue on a 3 month rolling basis to match the length of each training plan prepared by your coach. As soon as you complete and submit the next stage training response form you must continue subscription payments for a minimum of 3 further months.
3. Cancellation & deposit terms: 3.1 If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point, you must provide at least 6 weeks’ written notice before the end date listed on your most recent training plan (even if in the first 6 months of training with us). Once you have given notice to cancel you must continue your subscription payments up to and including the end of your current training plan. 3.2 If you do not provide at least 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited to help cover the business and administrative costs arising from short or no notice being provided to us. If you are paying by standing order and you provide 6 weeks’ notice, we will cancel your recurring payment 1 month early and use your deposit payment to cover the cost of the final month.
